I did & didn't have any problems. It didn't give me and "wow" results either.

Could have been the cause of my idiopathic thrombocytopenia- very dangerously low platelet counts that put me at risk of bleeding I was using it w/ ceftin/zithro/herbs and supps. Be careful

If you use MMS, I suggest you use a low dose method over a longer period of time. It did work well for my wife, but the stomach upset it caused forced her to quit using it. MMS does not appear to work any better than other methods for Lyme. It kills spirochetes, but does not seem to affect other forms much. It can be useful for some other co-infections that a person may not be aware they have. I am comfortable using it myself for weeks at a time, but less comfortable using it for months at a time. I use it as a very effective treatment for Crohn's Disease. Dan
