I'm new to all of this, and think I'm beginning to herx.

Please share your experiences with me. How long will this last?

Any other words of wisdom?

Many people here talk about cycle of Bb symptoms.

I have found i herx to some degree as long as I

am ingesting antibiotics. Some much worse than

others. And it varies as to dosage and

administration. Not all protocols are the same.

If I quit tx. I stop herx and symptoms may lesson

but when I go back and start damaging again it

starts again. When you kill them the body had to

take the collateral damage and it is a big job

and may not be able to keep up. Don't be afraid

to be specific here when you need people to tell

you what may work. We are all just trying. Words

of Wisdom. No just prayers that you find things

to help you.

Ok.

Well, I have been herxing for going on three weeks now BUT I have just started a supplement that is supposed to help.

It is a kinase inhibitor (sorry, can't remember what that means, but I wrote the term down).

It's called quercetin, and it's also an anti-oxidant. You could get it from a naturopath for sure (although they don't use it for Lyme, they use it for other things)
