I got to tell you guys, this has been the one thing that has helped me through my Hellish Journey thus far. When I'm Herxing bad, these usually seem to bring me out of them.

It keeps me going and gives me the knowledge that this stuff is not Permanent. At least not all of it.

I was having viscous tremors in my arms, neck, and yes, even my head.

My head was killing and I couldn't think straight. Lastly, I was aching like there was no tomorrow and fatigued beyond belief.

I did a coffee enema and held it for almost 15 min. I rolled every which way on the floor. I could feel things clearing even before I evacuated it.

I know this won't last as it never does, but if your not doing these, you might want to look into it.

My head is very clear right now, got some new found energy, and the terrible aches are all but gone as are the Tremors.

I am killing something and I'm not on anything. That IVIG is still in me and finally at day 60 since the first dose. Every day has still been bad since getting it, but again, the Coffee Enemas are my Savior.

"Under the influence of a coffee enema the glutathione-S-transferase enzyme system - part of the ligandine enzyme system that accounts for about 3% of all enzymes in the liver, responsible for removing electrophiles from the blood stream - will be increased in activity from 600%-700% above normal. No materials other than coffee are known to stimulate it as much."

I don't get no where the amount of relief from IV Glutathione as I do from these. The best part about them, is they cost practically nothing.

Remember to drink lots of water after them and not to have them too hot. I made that mistake once and will never again :-)

My LLMD gave me a nice little article on how to properly do these. Here are the links for whoever wants to print them.

Just thought I'd share this even though it is on here in the back threads.

If I drink caffeine it makes my heart race and skip beats. Can you do decaf or do you need the caffeine for it to be effective?

Thanks
Mandi

Mandi, it must be Organic Caffeinated.

Like you, I can NOT drink coffee right now even though I once was able to without any problems. Caffeine of any type makes my heart race and gives me terrible anxiety.

You have to understand how the coffee enema works and then you will have no worries.

The Caffeine merely stimulates the portal vein of the liver which in turn stimulates both the liver and the gallbladder. The Glutathione is released and does it's magic and the bile is pumped into the colon which carries all of the bad toxins.

This is not quackery, it is well documented. There is NO caffeine absorbed into the blood stream that I am aware of. In fact, everything I have ever read on these is to the contrary.

I have read about them and have heard positive results. I guess I need to do some more research. I have a tremor too. I hate it. It was like one day I did not have it and the next it was there. Also I don't have a gallbladder. Do you think this would make a difference?
Thanks,
Mandi

Bile is made in the Liver and stored in the Gallbladder. So, if you don't have a gallbladder, very little Bile will be released from the liver.

This is why many take Bile Salts after the removal of a gallbladder.

I believe the GB can store up to 50ml of Bile if I remember correctly.

You do have me stumped, I must say as I don't have an answer on this one.

My guess is that you would still get some relief from what is released from the Liver, but not the kind of relief that those with a functioning gallbladder would get.

So, what could I expect in the way of relief if I tried this? Where do I get instructions?

--------------------
Mepron/Zith/Ceftin
Doxy/Biaxin/Flagyl pulse.
Artemisinin with Doxy/Biaxin.
Period of Levaquin and Ceftin.
Then Levaquin, Bactrim and Biaxin.
Bactrim/Augmentin/Rifampin.
Mepron/Biaxin/Artemisinin/Cat's Claw
Rifampin/Bactrim/Alinia
Plaquenil/Biaxin

These were a lifesaver for me when I was sick. I still do them once in a while for detox.

Rich, for me they lessened the bad symptoms. The directions are contained in the links at the bottom of the first post of this thread.

I have the same experience.

When mom rages the kids say, "time for some coffee, mom?"

Dear Lymetwister,

I'm so, so very happy that you've found something that works for you! I've had you in my thoughts and prayers recently, as I know it's been an incredibly rough time for you.

Thanks so much for sharing what works for you!

I've done coffee enemas in the past, while doing a detox regime, but haven't given myself one recently.

Ought to do it again!!

Best,

Cass A
