It was great. The doctor worked on a lot of neurological stuff, and did some cranial-sacral therapy.

Well, afterwords for about three hours I had a RUSH of pain and die-off-like symptoms.

Is this possibly related? Or just a fluke? Thanks!

i get die off or herx after chiropractic treatment
i feel good at first
then i get tired or even fever and real sore and sometimes worse

i do better if i sometimes just leave out the chiropractor or at least do that with an activator only
and then do cranial sacral only

it took me a long time to figure this out!

main thing, drink tons of water to release all the toxins stirred up by treatment...

i've been having weekly ones for 4.5 months now; some days feel really rough leaving and later; other times, doesn't phase me at all.

It is so ironic that you posted this. I recently moved to Australia, where they don't know much about lyme. (My chiro doc calls me his 'key lime pie' patient)

Anyway, I started seeing a Chiro that specializes in ABC treatment. I was feeling the best I had in a while, then after the 4th treatment, I started to get herxs.

I wasn't sure if it was a fluke, or related to the adjusting of my back. My back and neck feel the best they have in a long time, but I think it has stirred up some lyme symptoms or it is the die-off from the immune system being awakened. Even getting fever-like feeling in my head and face that I haven't had in a long time.
