My ND just sent me her flu prevention recommendations compiled from a consortium of top ND's.
Also a link to Dr. S. T.'s website. With her info about what to do after the shot, and other valuable immunization information.
Just thought I would pass this on, and have others add any new ideas to this thread for protocols.
Make Informed Vaccine Choices
"Show Us the Science & Give Us A Choice"
Dr. S.T. is respected as one of the country's most knowledgeable and outspoken physicians regarding the impact on vaccines on health. As a member of the prestigious National Speaker's Association, Dr. T. is an outspoken advocate for free choice in health care, including the right to refuse vaccination.
As an internationally known speaker, she is highly sought after for her ability to present scientifically sound information regarding vaccination hazard and warnings that are rarely portrayed by conventional medicine.
Most importantly, she offers hope through her unique treatments offered at OsteoMed II for those who have been vaccine-injured.
She voices concerns including thimerosal (toxic mercury) contained in the vaccine delivered through injection and the possibility of brain damage for the vaccine delivered through nasal spray.

Good information and very timely post, LP.
There is a typo in your link to Dr. T's website - you may want to fix that.
