I'm taking 400 mg. of doxy per day and seem to tolerate it just fine. Based on your collective research, wisdom and what you've been told by your respective LLMD's, is this sufficient to penetrate the blood brain barrier?

I would think so. Minocycline is another good one...I believe that crosses the BBB too. Some do better on Mino than Doxy, some do better on Doxy (so if you tolerate it fine that's good)...depends on the person.
