my neck is just one big tight muscle so the doctor gave me flexeril

i'm supposed to be taking elavil 10 at night to help me sleep.

if i took the flexeril at 4 oclock can i still take the elavil around 7?

I don't know but Elavil caused me to have extreme fatigue and restless leg syndrome.

I take both Amitriptyline (Elavil) and Flexeril.

Truthfully, I don't take the Flexeril very often. It doesn't seem to have any effect on me. My husband, on the other hand says it works great for his muscle pain (herniated disc).

I would still check with the pharmacist if you have questions of taking both. The dosage of each drug would make a difference I think.

Are you just starting the Elavil? Depending on the dose, it may take a few days to "wake up" as your body adjusts to the medication. The flexeril could exasperate the tiredness.
