If I don't sit down right away, I just feel like I am going to die. It's awful and I've spent the last week in bed- and I was pretty healthy before I got pregnant- this was a sudden and drastic change so I am just trying to figure out what triggered it.
The doctor gave me an adrenal support supplement, so I will begin taking that and see if it helps, but I mainly just wanted to know what symptoms this would cause. Thanks!

Saw an adrenal stress list of symptoms while filing papers yesterday. Will try to find it and post it.
Oooops - just found another list from another form.
Ratings: 0= never 1= seldom 2= occasional 3= often -------------------------
Unable to tolerate much exercise Catch colds or get sick easily Sensitive to air pollution, chemicals, smoke Breathing is labored, difficult Feelings of weakness / shakiness Moments of depression Rapid mood swings Energy lag in morning to mid-afternoon Need for caffeine to get going Intermittent constipation Dark circles beneath the eyes Dizzy / light headed upon standing Lack of mental alertness (brain fog) Retain water Insomnia Eyes sensitive to bright / direct light Use of cortisone, prednisone, steroids
Organs above this in the "chain of command" are the hypothalamus, pituitary and thyroid. If they are not functioning well they can cause or contribute to the adrenal stress.
Point here is sometimes the symptoms may be adrenal but may not really originate from the adrenals.
