My llmd and I have decided to raise doxy from 400mg per day to 600mg per day.

Those of you on high doxy oral doses, do you think it would be better to do 300 mg twice a day or 200mg three times a day.

I would appreciate any opinions or experiences.

That sounds like a personal choice to me. Doxy has a half life up to 24 hours so it shouldn't make much difference. I would prefer taking it less often myself.
