My 3 year old and husband (who might as well be a 3 year old at this point!) both have swine flu. So, it's up to me to be Nurse Nightingale. I have chronic Lyme (7 years now) and am not currently being treated . . . Does anyone know if I need to be worried about my immune system?

I would wash your hands a lot and wear a mask if you must take care of them. Also some immune support, which ideally you would have been doing all along but better late than never if not!
Keep your hands away from your mouth and eyes....
That is all that I can think of now! Good luck.

If you make them wear a mask, then they wont be able to spread the airborne virus that is H1N1.
I got the virus, thought I was going to stop breathing and die. The cough lasted about 3 weeks after the fevers, and the fevers of 102 lasted at least 4 days. Especially not good for people with untreated Babesia like me since our blood is so damaged. We need good blood to help heal our lungs and breathe.
