I was wondering if anyone has taken this supplement before, and how you reacted.
I'm nervous to begin taking it. I have two doctors, and one thinks I can handle it and it will help, and the other thinks I won't be able to handle it.
I've been reacting to everything lately. I can't handle anything they give me. But in theory, could that be because my blood is thick, and Bolouke might help?
Well anyways, I know you guys don't have all the answers, I was just looking for experiences with the product and a little insight as to what to expect. Thanks guys.

I am taking this supplement for a few months now without any bad effects. I also took it a few years back and did experience some leg pain. Dr said it was the boluoke breaking up the fibrin.
A lady who sees the same dr as I do experienced what she calls a miracle when taking this. She was having major pain and this seemed to help her dramatically. She didn't want to take it because of the expense, but now takes it cause it helps her so much!!

I use the Allergy Research Group kind (the best to are ARG or Bouluke) and I get at my Dr's office cheaper than i can get it anywhere on line.
I have noticed a samll positive difference - but I think it will help dissolve the fibrin and biofilms and kill those germs!
It's flying off the shelf at my Lyme Dr's office and they are having trouble keeping it in stock. All of his patients love it.

How is this any better than Wobenzym or Vitalzym?

According to my LLMD, Lumbrokinase specifically works on the very small capillaries in the brain. In large doses, it can reverse a stroke, he said.
Since I have neuro complications from Lyme, he wanted me taking it.
So, I did for about 6 months. After that, he said it was fine for me to take the less expensive Vitalzym or Wobenzyme, which don't have Lumbrokinase in them.
I did experience a lessening of brain fog, vertigo, and dizziness while I was taking it. These have not returned (except briefly as herxes)
AI was also being treated for Babesia with herbs and then Mepron/Zith.
In my experience, Rechts Regulat works better for overall thick blood.
My husband, who has had a heart attack in the past and who tends to have higher blood pressure and shortness of breath, gets results from Vitalzym.
So, in my opinion, it depends on what you want to handle.

So today is my fourth day on it....and HOLY MOLY I herxed yesterday..and ontop of it my GI tract is SO not loving the Boluoke.
Cass, I do believe that it might be helping with my blood pressure issues and dizziness and near fainting today, but yesterday it actually made those issues far worse, as if I were herxing. Did you experience that at all? A couple of hours after taking the Boluoke I felt as though I would surely pass out.
Also, did anyone become horribly constipated (sorry, TMI, I know) on the Buluoke? Ughhh...

I either had an anxiety attack, seizure, or a heart attack. I'm banking on it not being the latter of the three, and that I probably had some sort of neurotoxic seizurey anxiety episode. But why would Boluoke do this? Anyone else experience something like that? Goodness gracious.

Dear MissPatient20,
I'm sorry--I can't answer that question for you.
In my opinion, if I had that severe a reaction, I'd either back down on whatever I was taking or discontinue it altogether.
Myself, I didn't have those problems while taking Lumbrokinase. I DID have seizures while taking herbs, however.
Personally, I have started taking the anti-seizure vitamins, which pretty much coincide with the KPU protocol. Taking lots of B 6 helps stop the seizures.
I'm not your doctor, Hon. I think this is something you need to discuss with your LLMD.
Best,
Cass A

I couldn't tolerate boluoke, it made herxes way too severe.

Thank you Cass, you are very sweet. I appreciate your insight. My LLMD did say that he has patients herx on Boluoke. I just didn't expect such an unpleasant one, especially because I'm not on any herbs or antibiotics right now!
Lauralyme, thanks for posting. What type of symptoms came along with your herx? Were you taking Boluoke alone?

Boluoke is no joke for me. All of my anti-microbials really reached the brain once I started Boluoke. Good lord it's strong.

canefan17, I forgot how much are you taking? I take two pills in the morning on an empty stomach and try to get it in twice a day. I took heparin for two weeks prior to starting it to give me a "head start" on blood thinning.
I read lumbrokinase/boluoke taken 3 times a day will thin the blood 10 to 20% in a month so it would take months to be effective. I do not understand why people are feeling such dramatic effects the first couple of weeks.
Over the past two months I have seen significant improvement but nothing sudden. I believe the F low fat vegan diet has made the biggest difference. I am also pulsing stromectol.

neffer... your blood doesn't have to hit the "maximum" on the blood thinning for the boluoke to help clear fibrinogen. When the fibrinogen is cleared, the abx can get deeper into the cells. Hence the stronger herx.

You using Boluoke or other lumbro brands? Other lumbro brands NEVER did this for me.
Here's what Canada RNA sent me in an email in response to me asking them "how am I still feeling the effects of 3 doses of Boluoke 3 days after stopping?"
Hi Jason:
Boluoke (lumbrokinase) is technically not a blood thinner. It is a fibrinolytic agent that breaks down fibrin and lowers blood viscosity. The half-live of Boluoke is about 1 hr, but it's effects (measurable by blood tests) can last up to 12 hours.
If you had a transient hypo-perfusion issue or ischemic issue, once the circulation is improved by Boluoke, you may not experience the same issue again. However, in general the effects of Boluoke is considered self-limiting and do not last more than 1-2 days.

^^^ And I can almost guarantee you I had hypoperfusion issues since I'm homozygous C677T and have Bartonella.
That's a double whammy for thick blood and clotting.
Also I'm 5'11 130 lbs - there's no doubt why this supplement is so strong for me. : )
Now time to get abxs on board and herx to the moon.

I think I just ordered on Amazon.
Supposedly we need to be careful about imitation Boluoke's... so I'd spend the extra bucks and don't fall for any 50 or 60 dollar deals.
it's roughly 90 bucks anywhere you look
