It's like there are these puffy sacs under both eyes but more so on one side. It's been this way for quite sometime.

Anyone have these and know what causes it?

Thanks!

I have it, too. And the upper lids are also puffy and/or saggy. It's

been this way for an incredibly long time. I'm not totally sure

what causes it, but I think it can be: allergies, hypothyroid, fluid imbalances.

My dermatologist said it's the fat pads, which have slid down (due

to gravity). But I don't think that's all of it, as I've had it since I was much younger.

If I had the money, and if it were a higher priority, I'd love to get

it surgically fixed, as I hate the way it looks. But that won't

happen anytime soon. Plus, I avoid even minor surgery like the plague.

Well, the data I've gotten on this is that it shows the body is having an allergic reaction.

It used to be that I just had these when there was a lot of pollen in the air or I got a snoot full of housedust when I was cleaning.

Now, they're there nearly all the time.

Since I'm taking the Allergie-Immun drops, and the body is supposedly clearing up "false-alarm" alergic reactions, this makes some sense to me.

We'll see if it clears up.....

Best,

Cass A

Both my son and I have "allergy eyes", puffy with dark circles. We've had Lyme disease for 11 years and I expect it's a response to that.

It's actually more like "fluid" sacs than "puffy" ones. And just under the eye - the rest of the eye is perfectly normal. Also, it's constant, not worse at certain times. I wake up with it, have it all day and go to bed with it - everyday. So allergies seem unlikely.

Sorry, I should've clarified all of that better.

Carol - They have tested my thyroid a number of times and the tests have always come back normal. Some of those symptoms are ones I experience (like joint pain & difficulty in concentrating) but also fall under the Lyme & Bartonella symptom lists.

I'd LOVE to figure out what this is and a way to alleviate it. I swear it ages me 10 years!

All theories are welcome!
