Oh yes, Humaworm can be VERY ROUGH! Don't worry too much about it, you will feel better when you're finished with it. Maybe lower your dose some. Be sure to take binders because metals can be released with parasites. Drink lots of water and be sure you're having good bowel movements to get out the toxins/parasites.
Even my non-Lymie, adopted (so not congenital) son felt bad on Humaworm for the first couple weeks. Parasite die offs are tough.

Sorry you are having a rough time dmbfan. I just saw this post.
Six, is right on the money with her input and advice. If you have had parasites for a long time it can be a rough ride getting rid of them. Just hang in there and stay the course.

Each humaworm I did was a different experience. Sometimes I "saw" stuff, sometimes I didn't but got real sick for a couple of days. Sometimes I would feel "herxy" but not too bad and others I was OK.
I still have parasites but I'm rifing for them and using drops I get from my NP.

Glad you're making progress!!...don't forget that you have to continue on a course of going after the patrasites which can take a long time because they have layed larva and eggs thru the G.I. track.
Read as much as you can about parasites. A good place to go for support also is on curezone. Glad you're feeling better,

Is doing it for one month enough to see if it works?

yes...only if you probe to see if you can identify parasites. IF you don't see any ...then they were the microscopic varieties that you eliminated...which we all have.
If yu do not probe, you will never know the quantity and variety...and know how long you will need to continue your killing.
If you see many varieties by the naked eye...you will need to continue parasite elimination protocols. BUt humaworm can only be done every three month. Other things can be done in between or use other herbs after humaworm to take care of the eggs that have not hatched.

Does one need to have GI issues to think there may be and/or treat for parasites? It seems the majority that try this have GI issues as their main concern.
My child has no GI issues but am wondering if it may be useful to try this--don't want to stir up something that isn't causing a problem--but on the other hand, if her ongoing headache isn't going away with abx and progress has been glacial, perhaps it is worth a try?

I believe everyone, even without any symptoms should do this at least once a year. Wish I knew earlier in my life about all this.
I believe it was the cause of some reproductive area problems, uterine cysts, urine hesitency/inflamation and eye floaters. The GI symptoms were also a problem with bloating, gas and feeling full as well as problems with milk products. That is finally all gone! Hard to believe a parasite cleanse wuld help this, but it did.
Would be good to have your children dewormed, even to prevent problems in the future! It's so easy to do.

UPDATE: Just 8 days left. I rebounded from my bad sunday.
I got my lyme friend to try it too. He had the exact same reaction as me-on the 6th day, the show started.
We are also eating more coconut products (coconut milk and icecream, just heard they made coconut yogurt!) and pineapple.
I am going to start my son in November (also a lymie).
I can't wait to do this again in 3 months!

Rich,
I have read here where those on abx take herbs a couple of hours away from the abx.
dmbfan,
They have in between herbs that you can do to fill in the 90 days. I am currently taking them and putting them in my smoothies.
Also google antiparasitic foods and eat spicy foods such as Indian and Thai. Have you considered doing some salt/c? Glad you are doing better,
Gael

Kaitlin,
Just the killing of the parasites can cause the stomach pain if you go after them and they start to die.
If you can, try and stick with it. Are you constipated? You have to drink a lot of water with the herbs to make sure you go to the bathroom.

Reading about anti-parasitic herbs so went a little crazy last night with the coconut products.
Also go a massage on thursday and did a dose of enula. My body ached that night.
Well, not surprisingly i was up to 1 am with bloating and gas and gurgling. This morning had a blow out (sorry ) Feeling tired and slow.
Went to chiropractor for weekly adjustment and she was shocked at how lose my ligaments are. Everything was out of place. Feels like my knees are jiggling around in the sockets. She said the toxins and stuff try to hide in the large joints and ligaments.
gael, thanks for the info and yes I am considered doing salt and vit c. I know i'm not ready right now though. I'm hoping to stop my abx by the new year and then consider that as an alternative.
this has been such a "great" experience. I really feel like I have learned a lot more about my body and feel confident that I am continuing to fight, fight, fight ALL things that are making my body sick.

Garlic could be used between breaks of humaworm??
dmbfan, And updates?
And when you guys talk about having a binder to get the toxins out.... is Welchol a binder?
That's what my LLMD has me on currently.
I'm starting humaworm in 1 week.

Please keep this going, I am going to begin humaworm soon too.
I have severe gi issues/pain/malabsorbtion and digestion issues.
It's gotta be parasites at this point (i "think"...)
