Yesterday I had a sudden bout with loose watery stools. Lasted for about half an hour. (sorry..gross I know.)

Anyways, I noticed lots of reddish orange chaff looking things floating in the water. I would have thought it was something I ate, like maybe undigested Red Bell Pepper skins or tomato, but they were thicker than that.. kind of rolled up and all looked exactly the same! Not different at all.

If this happens again, I'm taking pictures.. but I'd say there were at least 30 of them. And I've seen these before and just didn't know what they were.

After looking up Liver Flukes I have to say.. sure does look a lot like what I saw! Maybe baby ones or pieces of flukes?

I have not been on a parasite cleanse in over 6 months..I did a round of Humaworm once and didn't see anything noticable then. The only thing I've done differently is eat a LOT of fresh pineapple two days ago.. including juicing the rind and eating the middle part (the harder, tougher center) Other than that I started oil pulling yesterday morning with coconut oil, and also indulged myself the night before with a few spoon fulls of Cream of Coconut.

Does anything think this could have caused me to pass these flukes? It kind of creeps me out.. because now I wonder how many more there might be!

I'm going to start on the Wormwood,Black Walnut hull and cloves in a week...I'm just waiting for my Green Black Walnut tinicture to be finished (I'm making my own). I feel so icky though, thinking that those things are still in there!

I agree, it's what you ate! Both the pineapple and the coconut!

So by eating pineapple and coconut, it can flush out "things"? Is that true?

Both are anti-parasitic, you might want to continue with them while doing the hulda clark parasite cleanse. You might just get all of them this time. Happy hunting...

Ha thanks! I'm going to go buy another pineapple! This was the first time I ever juiced the rind..i wonder if that had anything to do with it.

I also drank some coconut water a few days ago for the first time.

I'm going to try this regime again and see if it works.

Add some ground pumpkin seeds too! With some ginger, and cloves!

The pineapple did that for me as well.

do you think the oil pulling did anything for eliminating the parasites? This is interesting.

Well since the pineapple was organic thats not very likely.

I agree that the pineapple and coconut oil are both antiparasitic. The rind can be also.

I do a smoothie with pineapple, coconut oil, cloves, and ground up pumpkin seeds with sea salt that is also very effective.

Just keep doing what you are doing and you will get better. Google antiparasitic herbs and foods and use that as a guide,

Gael
