After doing some reading out here I'm considering doing a colon cleanse. Thinking it might help with bloating, gas, yeast overgrowth and to just clean me out.
I'm a little worried though because I'm on cholystyramine (which constipates me) to help with bile salt diarreah that I get post gallbladder removal. It is awful without the cholysyramine.
I work full-time and have two young children that are in sports so I am on the go quite a bit.
Do you have to be confined to a bathroom while performing these cleanses?
Thanks everyone for always being here!

I'm using the Dr. Natura cleanse and no, it's not confining. In the beginning, I'd spend some time in the restroom in the morning, but only once or twice, not long, and I knew I needed this time so I could plan it into my day. I'm talking, maybe allowing ten more minutes to get ready in the morning.
Now it's just normal and I'm still on it. It's a good one.
