does anyone here has this: feel like there some tissue that never goes away between the nasal cavity, back of the tonsils?

i just feel it was so dry that the muscle tissue are breaking up.. i dunno that's what i feel now..

if ever there's one, how'd you treat this? beside of course the abx since i haven't been treated nor diagnosed with lyme.. help?
