I just started Biaxin yesterday. I'm tremor-ing tonight. Not sure if it's related.

I also threw my neck out on Sunday and am taking 2400mg/day of Ibuprofen.

Also taking Flexeril and Valium for the neck but haven't taken them today because needed to stay awake. Last dose was last night.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thank you! [confused]

I have used Biaxin long term. It really didn't cause much of a herx the first round. The second round was awful, tremors, feelings of insanity and panic. Although absolutely insane, I stayed the course and it did pay off, beating Bart (strain b.henselae).

I am now in the process of dropping the Biaxin dose down.
