I just want to know if i can get some opinion on if it may not be Lyme than what other diseases or infections can cause such severe neuro symptoms.

I have gotten MRI's all negative.

I have
Flu like symptoms
SEVERE CRAWLING ON MY HEAD
ear ache
Tingling and numbness throughout
tremors
twitching
re-occuring sore throat
eye floaters and eye pain
i had in the past severe GI symptoms which seems to be a bit better now
confusion
anxiety
headaches
head pressure
neck pain
neck stiffness

All of these symptoms have returned with a rage in cold. Alot of my symptoms were gone when i started abx and in summer this year beginign in march.

Now nothing is left behind. Eventhough i am taking amoxy and biaxing all have returned!!

Could it be that it's not lyme and some viral infection that rages in cold? If so how can i get tested?

I have been tested for lyme 3 times and all tests are negative.

Please help! I am loosing hope....i really want to either die or fix this. I can't live with such neuro symptoms anymore [Frown] I was so much better and then all went wrong! again

Thanks

I have most of the same symptoms as you have.

I think its lyme. Its what several people here

think i might have. The neuro symptoms will drive you batty.

hang in there. Have you tried B6 maybe you could increase

the dose or maybe your dr. can give you B12 shots

Its helping me a little.

MDW005,

Were you ever tested positive for Lyme? I wasn't. But at the same time it's all clinical diagnosis.

What meds are you on?

Yes i mean it does makes sense.

I had all tests done and all negative. Had two or three MRI'S all negative. So what else could it be...

The only thing makes me doubt is that i started treatment in march and i was so much better in summer. I had stomach issues but neuro symptoms were alot better.

Since winter started i have everything coming back and hitting me hard. I just i improved but come to find out i havent. I am where i started again. I cannot believe winter does this to me!

How did you get B12 shots from your doc or can you get them yourself? I was deficient in b12 before i started treatment but have been taking vitamins for it.

I am on Amox and biaxin. I will hit walls where I don't keep improving until I bump the amox up. Try doubling the amox dose and see if it helps.

I give myself 1ml shot every week. It does help somewhat.

I can tell when the B12 starts losing its potency

There is more to Lyme then just Lyme when you are infected with Lyme.

Co-infections and reactived viral infections can become a burden, as well as heavy metals, toxicity from infection in general, as well as inflammatory problems, leading to lack of healing, hair loss, pain, and other abnormalities.

It's important to also regulate hormones appropriately and treat other aspects.

Look at Dr. Burrascano's 2008 Guidelines for assistancee.

sonnee, It could still be Lyme or co-infections..Or another bacteria or neuro toxin. The Mold Ghru says that any neuro toxin can mimic the damage of another one in the way the body reacts.

Neuro toxins include, tick borne diseases, pfesteria, mold, cigutaria(? sp), heavy metals including mercury, pesticides and other known toxins, drugs, blue green algae, red tide, etc..

I am not a dr...so take this info as such. lmt

I know how you feel. I was doing really well, then they changed my meds and in some ways feel like I did before I started meds.

A lot of my symptoms are better though, nuro stuff is driving me up the wall!!!

All we can do is hang in there, it will get better!
