Right there with you.
My family knows that I need hours (yes, really, hours) in the morning to be somewhat functional and speaking normally.
Until then - it's like the world speaking another language.
This had improved dramatically with babesia treatment, and then with recognizing and treating adrenal insufficiency.
A recent relapse has set me back though.
Where are you in regard to babs treatment? You said you're having sweats, so I'm guessing you've got babs?
Have you had your adrenals checked?

Haha, I'm exactly the opposite. I might be a bit groggy for the first 30 min or so (maybe an hour), but my brain fog gets worse as the day goes on.

problem i have is that i cannot tolerate any
treatment for babs or lyme because i just herx

already so so unbearable, so i really dont know
what to do, i am so desperately looking for
someting that will eliminate or drastically
lessen the herx, thanks so mcuh for all your

Radha,
The babs herx was horrible for me, too. I was fortunate to have a supportive family to help out, and give me permission to just be sick.
What do you do for detox when treating babs?
I've heard good things about activated charcoal - when the herx is too strong, too.
Hoping you find a way to treat and get well...

Radha,
I am feeling so much better in the mornings since I did the following changes:
1.I reacted to the fire retardent which is in matresses and in the boxspring.
2.I reacted to the carpet in my bedroom.
I am doing a lot better without textile and only washable things in my bed. I sleep now in a room with tiles.
My doctor is very familiar with this problem as many of his patients feel sick in the morning because of the toxic bedding.

For those who get sicker as the day goes on...
If you don't eat .. do you feel better?
If that is the case... maybe check out Leaky Gut Syndrome.
