Jarrow sells it, and it's pretty cheap from iHerb. 90 caps for about $12.
I can't comment on its quality, as I don't use saccharomyces boulardii, but Jarrow is a reputable brand.

Don't know how much Florastor is but I like S. Boulardii by Pure Encapsulations.

my llmd recommended Douglas Labs SBC (about $20/50caps). Florastor is good, but it has titanium dioxide in the caps

Florastor is the only one that is recommended because it is tested for potency. With the other brands, who knows what you are getting.
