Hi randibear,
As far as diet goes, are you free from allergenic foods....gluten, dairy, soy, etc and sugar/corn syrup?

I have recently gotten on the gluten free bandwagon even though grains don't cause me stomach distress. I have no regrets it was a very positive move for me. The more I have researched it more lyme books and docs are saying going gluten free is the way to go.

I found that adding a tablespoon of loose Spirulina in my blender with fresh OJ- helps boost my immune system. As well as taking Nopal Cactus.

Kefir (plain) is a great probiotic and immune system builder. It coats the digestive track with about 10+ probiotics.
When I was very sick I drank 2 quarts a day and it REALLY helped me. It also helps to stabilize blood sugar.
