and see if it causes me to sweat or if that was just coincidence. I had been having pressure in that area and taking the Milk Thistle seemed to help that pressure. I stopped taking the Milk Thistle and still didn't feel any pressure for about two weeks until about two days ago. I don't understand this at all. I'm not taking anything else. Why would the pressure come back?

milk thistle with NAC?

Some believe NAC can help destroy biofilms.

You might look into that

Yes, with Nac! Wow, I didn't know that. I felt bad too(like a herx) and started running fever not long after starting it so I wasn't sure if it was the Milk Thistle or something I was coming down with. Hmmmmm, maybe that's why the pressure is back? Toxins maybe? I probably need to detox.

Thanks canefan! I will look into this.

Pressure may equal congestion.
[Cool]

Some natural health pros actually do a mechanical "flush" by putting pressure on your liver with their hands.
[Eek!]

That's good to know massman. I guess the pressure from pushing gets the toxins moving along. I've decided to do a liver cleanse to see if that helps.

I cannot believe all of the information I read about biofilms and NAC. I bet that's why I kept getting sick. Very amazing product.

My chiropractor did a liver pump on my liver, it always feels enlarged/enflamed/irritated but numbers are always good.

He knows its is painful at times and one day decided to do liver pump (what he called it). It worked...also salmon oil seems to help me with any inflammation problems I have in those areas.

This is just worked for me. Also have tried Milk Thistle on and off...
