I am by far the expert on this site, but for me what I understand detoxing can be as simple as drinking lots of water, or soaking in hot bath with epsom salt.
Some do much more with herbs, etc. But if you start simple and see how you feel after that would be a good place to start.
Do a search here on detox methods and you will get tons of things folks on here do.
I keep it simple with water and hot baths. Its probably imprtant to do at least one of the detox things even if it is water or lemon water...
Not much imput but I tend to be on the conservative side with things here.

What helps me the most is just simply drinking a lot of water. Sometimes I do use a little lemon in it, but mostly just water.
I never did like the way epsom salt baths made me feel, but it really helps me to sit under an electric blanket for a couple of hours and get really hot. This was suggested to me by someone here, sorry can't remember who. They said their LLMD recommended it. Sort of the same concept as a sauna.
And as suggested there are herbal remedies, but I am not well versed in those.

I do sauna...3-4 times per week. It's key for me as i dont experience any relief from water or epsom salt baths for my neurological/nervous system stuff.
I think you pick your detox by your major symptoms. There are many circumstances, and many options.
You might find one particular one working for you simplistically now, but have to add on others later.
I have progressed from no detox to pretty much full detox. = )

I love glutathione for detoxing. I have been using it for years.

Savebabe, What type of glutathione are you using? Is it IV? Where do you buy it?
