I think I figured out partly what has been going on with me. I've been reading through past posts and yeast seems the likely culprit.

I do have other stuff but I think if I can get rid of yeast I will feel much better. Silly me let myself run out of probiotics. [bonk]

I thought it wouldn't matter too much since I'm not on abx. I am now on them and diflucan so we'll see if I improve. Hopefully this is the cause of this 2 week almost nonstop headache among other things.

I don't have headaches much so know something is different. Of course, I've been eating really bad, too although I've never followed the candida diet.

I hadn't had a problem with yeast since I switched probiotics and started using Threelac. I will never run out again.

Here's a thread with yeast sx and lyme sx. I thought it might help the newbies. It helped me to see that something else was going on.

Definately a good point. Although I am feeling horrible at the moment because I am going through a herx, I know that I have chronic yeast.

My diet has been horrible, so I need to address that too, as well as ask my LLMD to prescribe Diflucan again.

What kind of symptoms yeast causes? And does it help

if you avoid food that includes yeast?

Yeast can make you feel real bad. I take Nystatin 4 a day.

Watch your DIET... that is the biggest factor of all.

you will need to take probiotics for a long time after being successfully treated for Lyme.

THERAlac is a very good probiotic to use. I think it is better than Threelac.
