if you are talking about with hydrogen peroxide and epsom salts my brother swears by them...i'm going to start using ehrm when i can't sauna

I don't think they're talking about hydrogen peroxide baths.
If I'm correct, you're talking about the ionic footbaths...it's actually an apparatus that you put into the tub of water with your feet, and the water changes color based on how much/what toxin comes out of them.
I've used them. I think they might have worked when I was on heavy metal treatment, but I never noticed a huge difference from them. I would get energetically tested by a practitioner after and they'd tell me that my toxin load was better.
