When i started abx, I hesitated, because I had had pretty little symtpoms. During 3 weeks abx treatment symtoms increased. Now, week after I stopped abx, it still feels like I have more symptoms than usually. Can it be that my immune system have finally started to fight against LD or what.

Is 3 weeks all you have treated? Unless you went to the doctor the minute you saw a tick on you, 3 weeks is not nearly long enough.
How long have you been sick?

I would bet what has happened is that you have co-infections like Bart. and Babesia that are flaring. These infections are not targeted by Lyme antibiotics.
I've been going through these "herxs" for many months, turns out they weren't herxes at all, it was just severe, severe flareups from co-infections. Now that I'm treating both Bart and Babesia, I'm feeling a lot better.
Please get back on the road to treatment, because you are probably going to get worse and worse.
