I take CoQ10, Vit E, Vit B complex, Vit D, Glucosamine/Chrondroitin/MSM, calcium........
Hopefully, others will add their favorites.
one you really need is the magnesium.. and you need some calcium to balance it.

Probiotics are very important. I like VSL#3. It comes in capsules or as a powder. Very high potency.
And don't forget S.Boulardii, it can help prevent C.diff diarrhea.
Recommendations for other supplements will vary depending on your individual needs. You may want to talk with your doctor before starting any new supplements.
If I remember correctly, Dr B's guidelines include supplement recommendations. That would be a good place to start.
It is also generally recommended that you take your medications and supplements separately, by a couple hours at least. Some supplements and medications interact with one another. That is why you should check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting anything new.
