sorry to hear you're feeling so bad but most LLMDs are also dealing with cfs and fibro. in my case my LLMD is part of an integrative practice-naturpath-homeopath etc. i feel i'm getting it covered on all sides. hope it goes well for you.

Best to see an LLMD with the kind of symptoms you're describing. Did the folks here send you a doctor list? Other doctors don't know very much about Lyme.

Hey there, i was mis-diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome when i really was lab-positive IgM at IgeneX. The CFS-Infectious Disease Doc said there was nothing to treat altho he ordered a bunch of unneccesary tests like Spinal Taps to rule out other brain infections.
Infectious Disease Docs dont take Lyme seriously and object that the symptoms you are having are Lyme-related.
And accordingly, i don't think there is treatment for Chronic Fatigue in allopathic medicine. For me, detoxing at home, sauna, taking my antibiotics and acupuncture has really made life a lot better.
The one good thing about my CFS diagnosis is that I got the Infect. Disease Doc to sign forms for my employer that will allow me intermittent sick leave for the next year.
I didnt want my LLMD signing it as he is out of state and i wanted to protect his privacy.
P.S. I found a LLMD that doesnt believe in all the extra testing. It's saved me a ton of $$$ although he does blood work and liver function tests to see how my body is handling the Abx.

It's just my opinion, but I think you should not spend your $750 on the CFS doc. Spend the money on an LLMD.
The LLMDs treat fibro, epstein bar, CFS and all whereas the CFS doc will only focus on CFS - for which "there is no cure."
I think everyone on lymenet here would agree, get yourself to an LLMD and do that FIRST before suffering unnecessary costly tests that will not address the possible infectious diseases that could be the cause of all your symptoms.
