I have seen mentioned 'testing' for certain remedies: how does energy testing work? Is it something a person can do to herself, or should one find a practitioner? I did do a search before I posted this: found references to ASYRA testing but follow up for that on the web was inconclusive.

I had someone do this on me. I don't think you can do it to yourself. They have to be trained to "read" your energy fields. I went to a nutritionist in CT who does this. They than supplement your body with what it is lacking. If you pm me I will give you her info.

You can do it on yourself.

Everything in the universe is based on energy, not chemicals. Ex: when something dies, what is gone ? Their energy.
