I've been taking a hot epson salt bath every night and love it! It makes me feel so much better... helps with my pain levels and is just relaxing. I took one tonight for about an hour and feel a bit weak and my feet are burning, but could've slept in there if I could [Smile] What is it about these baths that help? Also I thought most lymies were sensitive to heat. I'm definatley not... I feel much better in warm humid conditions which I think isn't normally the case with lyme or MS.

Does anyone else love a hot bath?

I love a hot bath, too. I just got out of the jacuzzi. You are right, they do help pain. I haven't done the epsom salt in a long time though.

I'm not sensitive to heat either. I spent one summer where I was but haven't been since. I would love to live where it's hot all the time.

I feel so much better in warm weather. It's so cold here now and I hate it.

Hot baths made my neuro symptoms worse....bummer, since it would have been wonderful for my aching muscles and joints!
