I had a large deer tick attached to me last summer, and this spring I got a load of mulch loaded with deer ticks and picked 12 crawling off of me but don't know if I missed any.
In June I had a Lyme test just in case with EIA Reflex test being equivocal and the IGG showing positive in the 41 and 30 bands. IGM negative.
Over the 9 months I have been running a low grade fever(99-100), constant headaches on right side moving from behind eye to forward to side. Within the last month, I started getting light headed when getting up for lunch and then when driving. Ended up in the ER with a bunch of tests with nothing wrong. I had chest pain and numbness tingling in lower two fingers of left hand. Also difficulty concentrating and some depersonalization.
I went to see local doctor and had second Lyme test. The C6 Peptide came back as 3.63 with >1.10 positive. The western blot positive bands weren't shown since 5 of 10 aren't positive. IGM negative.
I insisted on antibiotics just in case and got Doryx 200 mg/day for 21 days. I have been on them for 10 days with the results that the headaches have improved some.
Sorry for the rambling, what are some opinions?

Sounds Lymey to me. Lyme testing is unfortunately very unreliable. Your WB not showing positive a second time is sort of meaningless, especially since they only list if 5 or more bands are positive and exclude the vaccine bands (I assume).
If you haven't already, also ask to get tested for co-infections (local labs should be fine) -- two strains of ehrlichiosis, two strains of bartonella, and babesia. Probably worth doing a spotted fever antibody test too. Not sure if there are other tick diseases to test for, but those are the basics.
I suggest looking for an ILADS doctor in your area and making an appointment with him/her.

I agree with others here. Igenex is the best. And
a LLMD is best to treat. And I would not wait to
get an appointment. You can find one close by
posting in Seeking s LLMD over in Seeking Dr.
Section. I cannot believe they gave you no bands
identified. I would get copies of all labs to
retain for your records and always get pics of
any rashes you have. It could come in very handy
later. Prayers.

Thanks to everyone who replied. I am seeking a LLMD to do a full evaluation.
With the symptoms I've experienced on the antibiotics, I'm pretty sure that I have Lyme.
