So sorry you're going through this frightening misery. Sending you hugs and healing thoughts.
Don't hesitate to call your doctor for help getting through this.
Is it possible to start out a little gentler, perhaps with lower dosages, then build up? I know that was helpful to me when I felt I couldn't tolerate it.
Take care. Let us know how you are. Call your doctor.

Hey KitKat: I had/have all that stuff - and more. You are in good hands, and I know you will get better. I remember what J told me on my first visit: enjoy the good days but don't get too attached to them, and on the bad days find some way to convince yourself that they are not forever either. I'll be thinking of you
