Vomiting bright red blood might be due to a bleeding ulcer.

He needs to go to the Emergency Room.

Vomiting "coffee grounds" is blood that has been digested.
Digested blood in the stool will make it appear tarry black.

D-limonene is good for GERD.

Yes, please get him emergency help.

ONce he gets medical attention, I have an herbal tea recipe that helped to completely heal my GERD and my ulcer and h. pylori. I will be happy to share that recipe with you.

But you need him to get urgent medical attention and advice first. He sounds like his situation is very serious.

I don't think they know, but it seems like many people with tick borne infection have it.

Have you had a chance to look at that link?
Look at the reviews.

oh, be sure he elevates that bed. i just put phone books under the top feet and that works.

there are many causes -- antibiotics, going to sleep after eating, bacteria, ibs, lyme, etc., you'll find a ton of info on the web about this.

aliyalex, I hope you son had a endoscopy done. Sometimes acid reflux, GERD can turn into something even more serious like Barret's Esphogus.

My husband has had acid reflux for years was taking a rx for it. Yes he was tick bitten several years ago and one of his worse sx was severe acidity. All other sx went away but bad heart burn.

He was scheduling his second colonoscopy due to family history when I insisted he have endoscopy at the same time. He was dx with Barrett's.

Barrett is pre-cancerous. The pix of his esophagus from top to bottom was scar tissue, inflammation, abnormal cells.

Doctor did 8 bioposies and Thank God all were not cancer. It called for much stronger medication.

One year later another upper GI & 8 more bio and things were less inflammed. The scar tissue cannot be reversed and inflammation can be controlled with meds, diet, life style changes.

I'm so thankful I made him do the upper GI. I hope you son heals and doesn't ignore.

I've read your posts and know you are struggling yourself. I wish you could that something that would put on on the upswing and walking again.

Take care, Pam

If he is wheat intolerant, then he is VERY likely gluten intolerant. Please consider the gluten free diet.

If he drinks beer, he's certainly NOT gluten-free!

Yes, my husband refuses to give up the beer too. I was running freqs on my rife machine to help him.

But he won't do the things he needs to do. So?????? I can't help him unless he wants help.

There are gluten-free beers and they are quite good. If he's not cheating on other items, it might be worth buying him some so he can see if he likes them.

Bard's Tale and Redbridge are both GF. Redbridge is by Anhueser Busch.

We find fermented foods help with digestion/gerd. Raw apple cider vinegar is easy to take before a meal. Other things like sauerkraut, kefir, and kombucha help, too.

Both of my children (9 & 12) have h pylori. That might be something to look into.

We used the Metametrix GI panel. It is a very good panel.
