I am completely confused. A few days ago I read somewhere on Lymenet that either grapeseed oil or grapefruit seed extract was good to use for yeast control.

Now I can't find the thread and I am wondering if I bought the right supplement. I got the grapefruit seed extract.

If anyone can enlighten me, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.

Hi,
My daughter's LLMD suggested she use Grapefruit Seed Extract for yeast...so it looks like you bought the right stuff!

That's something I used very early on in my battle with the spirochete....

I don't recall it being good agains yeasties however I do distinctly recall a mile j-herx...

I believe it only kicks the littl critters in the side and may kill a minor amount or a strain or species that may be weak to begin with...

This was wayyyyyyyyy early on in my management of these TBD's.

Yes, it's grapefruit seed extract that you want to take. You got the right one. [hi]

One cautionary note: some of us can't handle the impact of the grapefruit seed extract - too powerful a nutricide.

For me, the grapeseed extract is a perfect anti-inflammatory. It and noni juice shrink lipoma tumors.

Has anyone had reactions such as very, very, chapped lips for several months after stopping GFSE?
