I posted here awhile back about my igenex results. For a refesher, I had bands 41 and 31 positive and IND on 83-93 on igm.
The Igenex lab had left over blood from the western blot tests and my doctor ordered a test called IgM 31 kDa Epitope Test which came out positive. On the sheet is says its 98% reliable for late lyme. I was just wondering if anyone has heard of this test. My doc said it is fairly new.
For treatment, my doctor put me on 1,000mg of flagyl along with banderol, quina, and burber. I'm also taking a really good probiotic and magnesium. He wants to see how I do on flagyl before he adds another antibiotic. Does this treatment sound right to start out with?
Thanks! Sarah

This is really wierd protocol! Usually you dont start with flagyl. But maybe he wants to see how well you tolerate abx , and after thinking about it I dont see anyting inherently wrong with starting on flagyl
