Hmm. Hoping this isn't a relapse. I overdid it. In the last two weeks I:
1) ate sugar (cheesecake, reese's peanut butter cups, christmas cookies, chocolate bar, chocolate cake)
2) chewed sugarless gum (has bad sweeteners) three times
3) worked like a dog packing my house for a move for 2 days straight
4) painted my husband's office in the new house
5) let my daughter and son sleep in the bed with me so I had a really, really bad night of sleep
6) drank an alcoholic drink (straight vodka) on 2 nights
Now, I am having extreme fatigue, major arthritic joint pain in hands and wrists, and trouble moving my arms and legs. I feel like the connection between my brain and my limbs isn't working right. Major sound sensitivity and touch sensitivity and I can barely tolerate being around my family. UGGGGHHH.
I am not on abx, and haven't rifed since Monday. I will probably do so today.

So sorry to hear that. Story of my life, as you already know. The more I do - the worse I get. I hope the rifing helps for you.
Is there anything you can take to help your body relax a bit? Muscle relaxer, or perhaps something like xanax? Just for even a couple of days to get you through this?
Lack of sleep always seems to intensify things too.
Another option - have you ever had a reiki massage? Regular massage always seemed to backfire on me, stirring up toxins and causing more pain. I had this done years ago, when I first got sick. It's kinda different, but might be worth a try.
Reiki massage helps to reinstate order to the body whose fundamental energy has become deranged, thus contrasting other healing therapies anchored in grounds of human energy field. It is really effective, causes deep relaxation, destroys energy blockages, detoxifies the system, provides new strength in form of healing energy and augments body's vibrational frequency.
It is different from normal massage, since the practitioner doesn't knead the muscles of the patient. Instead the practitioner's hands remain still while healing energy is sent via channels into the patient.
Be sure to drink plenty of water to flush out toxins.
I'll pray that this is just a bump in the road for you and not a relapse. I wish I could do more for you, as you have done so much for me.
Do you still have my email? Keep me posted. Try to get some rest. I'll do my best to pray you through this.
