last three days i've been having bad chest, under arm around breasts-pain and tenderness.

any clues? it's like the bones or the muscles or something-

also i know i've posted this elsewhere but thought i'd mention here- detoxing tips are appreciated- nothing too drawn out or harsh on the body please- just any simple steps would be great

so far i'm drinking more water (boiling my distilled water for now and running through brita canister till i get a better filter)

i'm also doing chlorella. any other good tips?

oh and if anyone knows any LL nautral doctors in texas area please pm me! THANK you so much.

I have a story share with this one. I have had

excrucicating chest wall pain for 9 months, 24

hrs a day. Until recently I would wake up in

the AM feeling as is someone had brutally

attacke me with a knife. Need pain medication

to exist.

Originally dx as costochrondritis, therapies included:

oral steroids, steroid injections, (steroids not

good for lyme) diflocanac, ibuprofen, 4 months

of mysofascial release (physcial therapy),

hot baths, tens unit, stress reduction etc

I just started another 8 weeks of PT last week

and have had 3 sessions of Lymphatic Massage.

So far I have had an incredible response in

terms of a reduction in my pain. I am hopeful

that I can make headway with this. The level of

my pain has decreased significantly. It is

amazing.

I have 7 weeks of therapy left. We'll see if it continues.

Lymph drainage supplements helped a lot

Pekana Lymph Drainage, just google it. Red Root is also good for lymph. A good lymphatic drainage therapist and dry brushing helps.

Tumeric can help if there is inflammation there.

I also agree with taking red root. dry brushing before a bath or shower. your strokes with the

brush should be up and out and towards your heart.

yesterday was my first day of getting a lymphatic
massage.

during part of the session felt a little nauseated.

when i was finished felt very light. i have more appt.s. im going to try out on a weekly basis.

I go to a physical therapist who has been trained in it. It is covered under my insurance. (Not that specific therapy if that we my diagnosis, just as a general part of my overall therapy)
