Hi All, This morning I woke up and had the usual aches, pains and difficulty walking. This day my legs aren't "waking up". I am finding it very difficult to walk. Has this happened to any others? Thanks. Blessings, Marblenose

Yep! use to be I couldn't stand for more then 15 seconds. Once I got going, walking was easier then standing and actually felt therapeutic. I started to force myself to walk at least 1/2 hours every day. I'm now in remission, but the part I missed most, was the use of my legs. I'm so happy to get them working again.
Recently, I've been reading a lot more about vitamin k2, and niacinmide. We're killing our gut flora making our bodies a paradise for yeast. By doing that, calcium no longer attaches to the bone and the gut wall becomes porous.
It's possible, an opportunisitic pathogen like candida is hardening our blood vessels. Well just my 2 cents!
