Over Christmas break, I was up in Breckenridge CO, 9600 elevation. I happen to notice a van go by that said "Oxygen on Wheels" and it got me thinking....
I live at a 5000 elevation and since moving here, I have this strange feeling that I need more oxygen.
Does anyone use a portable oxygen thing? What are they called, if you know and does it seem to help with fatigue? pain? breathing?
Thanks for any input!
Happy New Year to all my fellow Lyme peeps!

you can have a oxygen concentrator ordered by your doc. It is a machine that takes the room air and takes the oxygen out of it to give to you. It is so much easier than oxygen tanks that run out. You can rent these by the month and rent smaller ones for travel ..It does help with fatigue and muscle pain. I hope this helps.
