I get these horrible shooting pains in my legs. One second I feel normal then all the sudden it is like a knife being stuck in the side of my thigh. It last a few seconds to a minute than as fast as you can snap your fingers it is gone. It is not always the same spot. Sometimes it is the inside of my thigh, sometimes the outside, sometimes the opposite leg.

Does anyone else get these and if so what are they?

Sounds like a nerve related situation. I do get them but don't know what causes them specifically.

They DO hurt... but like you said.. they go away quickly.

I just chalk it up to the fun of having Lyme.
