anyone take magnesium glycinate 400,

i saw it in vitamin shoppe, yesterday and wanted to buy it, is this a good magnesium,

i want a change, i use citrate.

I take only Mag Glycinate. It is the easiest on your stomach so you can take more. I take 6 of the 400 mg pills a day & it really helps my heart rhythm and pain

6... im scare of that amount. but for the pain ill take 2,....that will be 800mg... so you are taking 24mg a day. god bless you

I also only take the glycinate........and I find that my stomach tolerates it better than some forms.
