Jasek,

Are you being treated for lyme? Coinfections? Do you have an ILADS-educated LLMD who is also using complementary methods? Are you following a clean diet ?

That is the best way to begin to sort out all this.

I did search that brand and they seem to have made some dubious claims with misleading statements about testing at MD Anderson (or Andersen) Cancer Center in TX.

I've not read all their information but I assure you there is no water on the market that will treat lyme disease.

And, if it's in plastic bottles, THAT is very bad for anyone.

You can get good vitamins, minerals and electrolytes in other ways.

I'd save your money and invest in a decent countertop water filter and a stainless steel water bottle to take with you when you go out.

http://www.evolvhealth.com/product.asp

Evolv's proprietary Archaea Active formula is a culmination of more than 15 years of scientific research and development.

Our product Evolv combines the Archaea Active formula with premium spring water, naturally enhancing cell performance and increasing stamina, energy and endurance.

----------

Well, that didn't answer any questions . . . so I clicked onto their brochure:

http://www.evolvhealth.com/pdfs/Product_Brochure.pdf

Product brochure - 4 page pdf

But it's white type on bright blue. I can't read this ! I don't know who could.

Something about enzymes was all I could see.

And, yes, it's in PLASTIC bottles. No one should be using anything from plastic bottles - at all.

What a bloody scam. My cursory glance didn't show what is the "Active" ingredient besides spring water, but I can guarantee it is either electrolytes, vitamins, probiotics, dissolved oxygen etc... and generally anything else that can be sold as a "Supplement" without a prescription. Whatever it is, you can get it in a better, more concentrated form elsewhere for less money.

I have learned how important it is to hydrate our bodies...no matter your condition...we are dehydrated. Need more than water...water alone will just pull out more minerals and flush right through us.

Need to add electrolytes daily, as we are also lacking minerals.

There are many good products...i use "selectrolytes" by Morin labs...comes in a brown glass bottle. I feel better when taking a little of that mixed with my purified water or adding it to other juices or Pellegrino water daily.

My cells are better hydrated and my skin is noticably better to those who know my skin when I take the electrolytes! I can also absorb other nutrients with the cell hydration.

I do drink alot of water, but had no idea about it pulling and flushing out minerals. I do add a product called squinchers to 1-2 bottles a day. It is an electrolyte replacement mix, {sugar free} thatreplaces electro. I found it thru my husband who works outside in the heat and it is how companys get the men to drink water. I assume that is an okay supplement.
