I haven't taken Banderol but I've done the Cowden protocol.

If you get an adverse reaction - reduce the dosage. Start with 1 drop & work it up as you are able. You don't have to suffer with intolerable herxes in order to get well.

Some of the herbs are very strong. When I get bad headaches - Extra Strength Excedrin works quite well for me. I've had prescriptions for migraines & the Excedrin actually works better for me.

Drink lots of water. You can put lemon or 1/2 tsp. of baking soda in it. Alka seltzer is OK, too. You can also try a hot/warm bath with epsom salts if you can tolerate it.

Also try doing things to pull toxins out of your body like charcoal, psylium, clay. Dr Schulze makes a good intestinal cleaner (the #2 version - I forgot what it was called).

Seems the herbs are working.
