Okay so i just found out from my obgyn that since my last visit (which was right after having my daughter) I have lost 45 lbs in 10 months.

Some of this is probably due to cutting out carbs but i only did that for a while b/c it was way too hard on me- so now i'm thinking its more than just that I mean i've been checked all over for any signs of something serious like cancer

My thyroid checks out fine too. only other thing to blame is lyme and parasites. I don't know but it seems most with lyme gain weight and don't lose but is anyone else in the same boat?

Has anyone found anything that helps stop the weight loss? I mean i'm eating a lot more food- tons of nuts and avacados and other healthy fats

I just don't want to look like a skeleton at some point. Thankfully i was heavy set when all this started. The obgyn was delighted b/c i was like 202 after having my daughter and now i'm 156! I wish i felt as delighted.

I used to have serious trouble losing weight- i mean it was HARD work and now it's just falling off.

I'm in the same boat as you. My weight just falls off me. And i have none to lose.

I'm 5'6 and I'm going to be under 100 lbs soon if I can't start gaining weight.

I don't have any advice, but just wanted to say that i have the same problem! Sorry!

Yeah, you are not alone. Like Txgirl, I am 5'6 and always teetering at the cusp of 100 pounds.

You might just need to eat more. I try eating much more when my weight starts going down.

I heard somewhere on here, that mixing coconut oil with cottage cheese is particularly good fot loosing weight. The combo is apparently truly good for keeping on weight. Good luck!!!

Yep, me too. I've lost 25 lbs in 6 months, and didn't have it to lose. Most days I just eat, because I know I have to.

You are definitely not alone. I've been sick for seven years, in treatment for five, and I throw up a lot from pain.

I find when I'm feeling good, I try to eat as much as I can because if the littlest thing goes wrong and my nerves get set off, I start losing weight like it's out of style.

I fluctuate between 90-145 and the 145 is when I hoard food during good weeks. Healthy food is important, and complex carbs put on weight as well as simple carbs if you eat enough of them.

I find if I eat sugar or white flour, I actually feel worse, so that just tells me the complex carbs are better without the doctoral degree ;Q

Hope you feel better soon!

I've lost weight too.

Guys you must address the parasite issue.

And it can take some time.

Starting researching humaworm and lyme and parasites

Glad to see i'm not alone.

You know about the parasite issue- this is actually how i found out i had lyme

I have done a round of humaworm and i know it takes time but i had a terrible experience with it. It's too bad really b/c i've heard alot of good things from others but for me it has me scared to try again with another product

I don't think i drank enough water while on it and i started having funny nerve/tendon issues in my hands and arms that are worse now. It could just be lyme related but it started on the cleanse so i'm a bit nervious to try again

I'm thinking i may have a sensitivity to the black walnut but who knows- anyway, if i do another product most have this in it so for now i've been eating pumpkin seeds, cloves, coconut oil and was using some wild med. oregano oil

I wish i had the success that others describe with humaworm so that i could continue it every three months.

I know tapeworm and strongyloides can cause weight loss- strongyloides being a trickier problem i think.

If anyone has dealt with their parasites using another product besides humaworm i'd love to hear about it- i know i read that someone used enula by nutramedix with success.
