Does anyone have any remedies for muscle twitching?

When I sit down, it feels like the muscles in my legs are vibrating and it is driving me crazy!

Mag helps me "sometimes". long term doxy (3 years) has helped quite a lot.

I have gone from almost constant burning skin everywhere & muscle twitches in my legs (mostly calf muscles) to no more than 2 to 3 hours of muscle twitches per day. Thats a huge improvement for me.

Problem is, i haven't yet got to the point of complete "remission", or "cure".

Doc took me off doxy last year & 3 months later---constant twitches came roaring back.

Good luck.
