Got in to a big blow up this am with my partner,
since this am, I have had a painful burning
headache. Stress with lyme = pain for me.

I believe a very natural response of the body to stress.
A cascade of physiological responses occur when your body goes into over-drive...
Especially true when you have the added stress of lyme in your body.
Hope you are able to go into self preservation mode so the stress does not wreck even more havoc on your body... Got enough of that going on with the lyme... TG

Just a little bit of stress will wipe me out for the rest of the day. That hasn't changed for me with treatment.

I'm the same way Joalo! We know that stress compromises the immune system, which leads to increased symptoms of Lyme. Hard not to be stressed when dealing with all things Lyme though.

I really never had headaches until lyme took hold.
Always thought I delt with stress until lyme took hold.
I meditate, and I have the house to myself until 2:30.
