Hi, Sorry Annie can be any of us with this terrible balance problem I just had BAD fall before ever got to shower usually fall in shower. Left bit blood through this all also. Fortunate, so far but know my day will come with all falls.
Not our fault is mental balance problem. I day walking with friend her husband would not walk close, said we slammed into each other way to much..Was funny, had great laugh over. ha ha

Sorry to hear about your pelvic fracture. I used to fall all the time too. Trigger points can be a cause of falling. You may get some help from a trigger point therapist. Of course there could be many other reasons as well.
I hope your pelvis heals quickly.
