Oh, it does for me. But once its over the symptoms seem to go back to the way they were.

Big time for me too! Do a search here under 'menstruation' and read recent posts..
Weak, fatigued, weepy, more pain, dizzier,etc..BC pills never effective, don't have the energy to seek out ND or doc who can do bioidentical hormones..that would be the way to go if I were slightly better.

Mine worsen beforehand and then let up as soon as it starts, but yes, it's a cyclical pattern.

I'm a case in which I have no clue when I was actually bit/infected, but slowly over years accumulated a lot of weird symptoms before my obvious decline starting in spring '07.
For years I noticed my period and PMS getting worse, as did those around me! I started regularly missing work, etc due to the pain in my legs, exhaustion, and general malaise that began to accompany my cycle.
I just thought I was unlucky until much later when I pieced together that this was one of the early signs that something was wrong with me.
