Again, looking at all my options. I have already gotten so much good information from several of you.

But I just am not sure about this RIFE option. There are so many and so confusing. What is the best one that will get the job done?

Where is the best place to purchase one? What is the bottom line on the differences between them all?

Would appreciate any help.

If I were buying again, I'd go for the Doug Coil or the EMEM5A. I'm plenty happy with the EM.. but if I were still sick and had the money, I might have gone for the Doug.

Yes, DBergy has tons of info.

What is the difference between the Doug Coil, EM or EMEM5A?

Anyone know?

The Doug Coil is a predecessor to the EMEM. It uses a strong Magnetic field to get frequency penetration into the body. It is not as user friendly as an EMEM, but it is not extremely difficult to use either.

The Doug Coil is also more limited in the range of frequencies it can produce. It uses copper coils to emit the frequencies, and they get hot after a while and it can limit your run times.

An EMEM produces the same frequencies but delivers them through a Plasma tube instead of copper coils. This delivery method makes it more forgiving, as they generally do not over heat no matter how long you run them. The magnetic field is lower with these machines, but they do work.

EMEM and EM means the same thing in Rife lingo. They are both EMEM's in function.

The two distinctions between types of machines is whether they use an RF carrier wave or not.

Generally, plasma machines that do not use a carrier wave are referred to as EMEM's.

A Plasma machine that uses a RF carrier wave is referred to as either a Rife Device or a Rife/Bare type device. The Resonant Light PERL is an example of a Rife/Bare device.

The BCX Ultra is about as close to a true Rife device by the way it functions, although not identical.

Dan,

I heard from a user of the Coil, that she had to quit it on the long run becaue she was becoming sensitive to the electrosmog it was emitting.

Could it be, that the EMEM is more userfriendly in this regard?

I'm a five year rife user, but if I won the lottery today...I'd buy a KMT. The KMT is more gentle on cleaning up toxins. Well under the $1000 price tag.

I wouldn't get rid of my powerful rife machine though for nothing. It will always be my blessing.

ali, you should do a search(click on icon above) and read hundreds of threads on specific named rife machines.

Pam

Sensitivity can happen to any machine, but seems to be more common with ones with an RF carrier frequency, such as the Rife/Bare type, or the GB-4000 run in RF mode. Not everyone with Lyme has this problem.

The Doug Coil does put out a strong magnetic field, and it is possible this is bothersome, because of the Lyme.

EMEM's in general do not seem to cause this as often. Some older style EMEM's have a spark gap chaos signal. I would avoid that kind for Lyme treatment, because the spark gap can cause sensitivity.

Sensitivity is thought by some to be from the lack of some minerals such as Magnesium. This seems to make some sense, since it is a far bigger problem for people with Lyme, than anyone else, and low Mg is common with Lyme.

Most people lose this sensitivity as the Lyme is reduced.

Dan,

When people are talking about sensitivity, what exactly are they talking about?

What would be some examples of a sensitivity that you have heard of regarding using rife type machines?

Thx.

Anxiety is probably the most common. One lady I know who used a Rife Machine as part of her Cancer treatment, beat the disease. She could not stand using the machine any more because of the anxiety it gave her from using it so long.

She sold the machine because she never wanted to use it again. That is an extreme example, but it does happen on occasion.

My wife has had this feeling on occasion, but not on a regular basis. I do think it may have something to do with a mineral deficiency.

The proposed explanation is above my head, but it has something to do with ion transport in the cells.

Are these symptoms like anxiety only felt during the treatment or is it like a herx reaction that you feel later in the day or the next day?

Thanks

During treatment, or exposure to frequencies, but not necessarily just from a frequency machines. Computers, Fluorescent lights, and anything else that emits frequencies or magnetic fields can cause the same reaction.
