I have just come off IV and on to orals, my Combo is:-

Omnicef
Mycobutin
Minocycline

Do all of these cross he Blood brain Barrier?

Minocycline definitely does.

Don't know about the other two.

yes mino definatly does I had a two week headache from it to go with the two week long herx !!

These three abs cross blood brain barrier. omnicef 3. generation cephalosporin it cross blood brain barrier
mino and doxy, rifampicin, mycobutin(rifabutin) cross blood brain barrier too

Just added mino to my abx 3 weeks ago and it has done wonders for the neuropathy in my fingers.

Ahhhhhhhhh so that is why my Herx is almighty if they all cross BBB.

LLMD has just added pulsed flagyl to the mix so happy days
